Ms Nkosi is a Human Resources Professional with experience in global and local organisations driving commercial strategy through HR across all levels of the organisations, in fast-paced environments, state owned entities as well as consulting recently.
She has provided guidance and support for companies at the group level, business unit as well as for individuals for impact.
She has been involved in large SAP automation projects e.g. BCX and AFROX.
Ms Nkosi has provided strategic support to organisations in recruitment, learning and development organisation development, operationalising plans and exceeding in the delivery of the plans for sustainability.
She has experience in dealing with SETA’s, DOL and Rating agencies towards ensuring compliance to the BBBEE requirements.
She has provided coaching and mentoring of other professionals in the various sectors.
She has experience in performance and change management towards impacting transformation, improving employee morale and engagement, and impacting customer experiences.
