Change Management

One of the reasons for challenges with change, is the fact that change is not just complicated, but it is also complex. Organisations embark on change processes for various reasons. Some do so to improve performance, whilst others require change because they must upgrade their systems and processes. In most cases, the change in the organisational structure will impact job roles and require general organisational realignment, which invariably leads to unease and resistance to change.
